Illuminations will endeavour to dispatch your products within 3-5 working days of ordering, subject to the availability of stock.
If you are ordering a large number of titles, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss prices and arrangements for shipping with you. All products are dispatched by first-class post to UK mainland addresses or by airmail to Europe and the rest of the world. Should you wish to have your goods dispatched in an alternative manner, please contact us separately.
We accept payments in UK Sterling, Euros and dollars. Please note that a bank charge will apply for transactions in currencies other than UK Sterling.
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
Return or exchange a film
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different product if preferred.
· The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
· The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty or wrong title
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting our invoice number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Illuminations, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made to us in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days or by post to Louise Machin at the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please handle with care.
